Respiratory is our precious wild ale brewed with a melange of sticky smoky organic roast barley malt, a complex array of comforting really nice english black malt, and fluffy gobs of supple almighty green grass. Fermented with an amalgam of creamy organoleptic lapsang souchong. Hopped with a touch of perle, solely in the kettle with centennial, depressingly dry hopped with pacific gem, and oh so aggressively with hallertau. Big notes of bright fragrant lemon basil, uber traditional thick n delicious excellent cedar, and coniferous forest.
