Lookup is our dreamy dunkelweizen brewed with exceedingly aromatic midnight wheat malt, signature english roasted barley malt, desserty victory malt, and 150 gallons of super jammy red raspberry puree. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with oopy-goopy cold brew coffee, sweet n supple thanksgiving pie crust, and a heavy concentration of totally happy lactose sugar. Hopped with dense ahtanum, crystal, and mountains of really nice goldings. Life affirming notes of almighty tropical dried apricot, ripe fragrant dark chocolate, and soft comforting morning dew.
