Fermented in stainless with heavy amounts of dense pizza crust, a ton of semi-sweet orange blossom honey, signature fresh lemongrass, and a whole lot of bright meyer lemon. Hopped then aggressively dry hopped with creamy organoleptic amarillo and juicy nelson sauvin. Bursting with notes of uber traditional supple hyper fresh late harvest sauv blanc, luscious biscuit dough, and lush greenery.
