Peaceful Sleeve is our calico english stout brewed with a carnival's worth of really pretty zippy pilsner malt, heavy amounts of under ripe british maris otter malt, a huge variety of deep overripe flaked maize, and sappy sun melted meyer lemons. Fermented on french oak with loads of drippy coconut water, fresh chamomile flowers, a touch of fresh pressed green strawberry, and real house toasted marshmallows. Hopped with ahtanum, sorachi ace, and a plethora of goopy millennium. Big notes of classic texturally rich sweet gewurtzraminer, dank citron spritzer, and fresh grass.
