Offset is our drippy pangalactic saison brewed with juicy torrified wheat, a touch of fresh jaw-dropper carawheat malt, and a selection of overripe supple donut peach. Fermented in stainless with almighty orange oil, real apple jacks, musky tajin, and an amalgam of effervescent concord grapes. Hopped with double the amount of kohatu, and intensely dry hopped with organoleptic southern hemisphere varietals, oh so aggressively with glacier, and a plethora of excellent columbus. Singing with notes of complex sweet summer hay, oopy-goopy flambed banana, and distant campfire.
