Demographic Season is our exceedingly aromatic tropical parfait milk stout brewed with bright unmalted wheat, classic english black malt, and subtle white sage. Fermented in oak with deep deep graham crackers, an abundance of creamy asian pears, and an inordinate amount of jaw-dropper rye caraway bread. Hopped at an insensible rate with goopy simcoe, hand selected horizon, taiheke, and strata. Luscious notes of complex sweet wholesome dark chocolate, desserty fresh clementine, super jammy pungent pink peppercorns, delicate guava, and whipped cream.
