Envelope is our frighteningly dense hefeweizen brewed with a generous dose of bright sun drenched flaked rice, just a bit of vibrant kiln coffee malt, a beautiful amount of drippy lively chamomile, and wayyyyyy too much uber traditional gloppy pawpaw. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on freaky green almond, 150 gallons of juicy beets, and comforting dried hawthorn berries. Hopped with classic millennium and our most favorite willamette. Expressive notes of under ripe white table grapes, really nice exceedingly aromatic passionfruit, sweet deep lush macerated blueberry, and damp forest.
