Proper Header is our sun drenched gnostic farmhouse ale brewed with a dose of effervescent texturally rich pilsner malt, classic brilliant carawheat malt, and two tons of ephemeral lively tapioca. Oak barrel aged on an incredible amount of really nice chamomile, a touch of almighty madagascar vanilla beans, a spaceship full of luscious toasted sesame, and refreshing honeydew. Hopped with sun melted wai-iti, oh so aggressively with amarillo, solely in the kettle with dank eureka, and vic secret. Singing with notes of creamy comforting hand selected aperol spritz, tropical zippy pineapple chutney, sappy desserty sticky peach pie, and a well balanced breakfast.
