Equipment is our local boundary pushing english brown ale brewed with creamy smoked pale malt, a whole lot of overripe organic roast barley malt, and a heap of real vibrant black walnuts. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with almighty ginger, gobs of fresh cloves, and freaky all spice. Hopped with motueka, golding, dense tomahawk, and dry with chinook. Beautiful notes of sweet blood orange bitters, oopy-goopy refreshing complex pumpernickel, pungent subtle exceedingly aromatic tangerine creamsicle, and coniferous forest.
