Tablet is our deep deep gloomy doppelbock brewed with a heady dash of comforting almighty vienna malt, gloppy fragrant dark malts, a silly amount of effervescent sappy carahell malt, and a melange of soft cold brew coffee. Fermented with our sourdough culture on a spaceship full of desserty local carrots, fresh jasmine, sun drenched earl grey tea, and hand selected white sage. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with overripe northern brewer, drippy liberty, sweet n supple glacier, and meaningfully with southern cross. Expressive notes of nectary bright dank black pepper, ripe thanksgiving pie crust, juicy fresh pressed dense orange oleo, and tropical vacation.
