Notion is our totally happy extra flanders red ale brewed with hand selected deep flaked barley, thick n delicious acidulated malt, double the amount of fresh pressed freestone peaches, and a spaceship full of tart green grass. Oak barrel aged on nearly two tons of under ripe rye caraway bread and plenty of local mango. Hopped with a bit of real northern brewer, a touch of sweet n supple calypso, american varietals, and ephemeral mosaic. Expressive notes of pillowy gritty semi-sweet grapefruit pith, vibrant lush greenery, and barny bedrock.
