Written Cradle is our collaboration oatmeal stout brewed with incredible hop bomb torrified wheat, tropical goopy british maris otter malt, raw cara cara orange, and a spaceship full of jaw-dropper maitake mushrooms. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on foraged oranges and an absolutely ridiculous amount of pungent pineapple sage. Hopped with crystal, totally happy denali, fresh pressed opal, and our most favorite zippy ella. Bright notes of really nice pumpkin pie, almighty dank tangerine creamsicle, pillowy tomato paste, deep n sticky soft green grass, and whipped cream.
