Bridal Bookmark is our delicate hyper fresh dunkelweizen brewed with a huge helping of goopy ephemeral pearl malt, heaps of almighty nectary english black malt, a plethora of fresh pressed toasted sesame, and subtle tapioca. Fermented with our magickal saison yeast with a heady dash of gritty yuzu juice. Hopped oh so aggressively with goldings, mountains of beloved southern cross, and into hellish oblivion with jaw-dropper nelson sauvin. Screaming with notes of texturally rich comforting damp hay, real raw really nice lemon curd, tart strawberry, and forest rain.
