Second is our hyper fresh english stout brewed with nectary very dark malts, nuanced deep flaked rice, creamy dank light roasted barley, and just a bit of overripe locally gathered black tea. Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with a ton of lively cotton candy, a silly amount of totally happy cocoa solids, and uber traditional orange blossom honey. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with juicy hallertau, mosaic, palisade, and gobs of columbus. Expressive notes of sweet fresh pressed lime leaf, ephemeral apricot pastry, and tropical vacation.
