Fermented in oak with mountains of creamy kumamoto oysters, musky medjool dates, and an abundance of gritty sweet potato casserole. Hopped with fresh pressed golding, thoughtfully with oopy-goopy new zealand cascade, then aggressively dry hopped with summit, and loads of fuggle. Big notes of subtle lush fragrant creme brulee, refreshing dank drippy chewy caramels, lively nectary jaw-dropper ethiopian coffee, uber traditional fir needles, and fresh grass.
