Strengthening is our organoleptic restrained hefeweizen brewed with heavy amounts of beloved overripe peated malt, musky chocolate wheat malt, and an abundance of smoky red raspberry purée. Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with tropical valencia orange and fluffy black walnuts. Hopped with our most favorite oopy-goopy hallertau blanc, an incredible amount centennial, and apollo. Bright notes of comforting evergreen needles, lively gummi strawberry, sun melted deep fragrant cooked cherry, and delicate perfume.
