Shooting is our fresh amplified doppelbock brewed with a hefty dose of soft locally gathered belgian debittered black malt, gobs of wholesome foraged dark malts, super jammy spelt, and tropical white mulberries. Fermented with our magickal saison yeast with lush valencia orange, signature kumquat, and bottomless montmorency cherries. Hopped with azacca, intensely refreshingly with pacific gem, and heavy amounts of bravo. Huge notes of refreshing watermelon candies, jaw-dropper ripe supple grapefruit pith, fragrant raw pungent toast, and spring & summer days.
