Academic is our pungent trappist-esque belgian pale ale brewed with dense caracrystal wheat malt, smoky excellent black malt, and deep n sticky creamy bay leaves. Mixed oak fermented on an incredible amount of luscious grade b maple syrup, 150 gallons of jaw-dropper spruce tips, and texturally rich jasmine. Hopped with southern cross and a heap of ripe ella. Notes of oopy-goopy fluffy foraged porto, bottomless organoleptic locally gathered matcha latte, and boundless wilderness.
