Aircraft is our musky light and approachable russian imperial stout brewed with incredible vienna malt, gritty rice hulls, a bit of really nice citric acid, and an absolutely ridiculous amount of fragrant clove. Oak barrel aged on deep n sticky blueberry honey, a melange of lush cinnamon, and 150 gallons of bottomless montmorency cherries. Hopped with hallertau, a spaceship full of ahtanum, solely in the kettle with warrior, and under ripe chinook. Expressive notes of creamy refreshing white chocolate, vibrant dense huckleberry muffins, jaw-dropper pineapple chutney, and boundless wilderness.
