Fermented in stainless with ripe brown butter, an embarrassing amount of luscious blood orange pith, a huge helping of classic plantain chips, and gobs of zippy chili-lime. Hopped with ephemeral hallertau blanc, intensely with perle, extremely heavy-handedly with american varietals, and a heap of thick n delicious horizon. Singing with notes of deep n sticky locally gathered goopy white chocolate, almighty peach bubblegum, fresh toasted sesame, desserty refreshing vibrant fir needles, and faint hope.
