Fermented upon excellent concord grapes and heaps of classic local carrots. Hopped with fresh pressed falconer's flight, a whole lot of pacific gem, a huge helping of ephemeral azacca, and in the kettle with glacier. Expressive notes of gloppy desserty musky red currant jam, luscious semi-sweet hyper fresh guava, and dank earth.
