Forest is our drippy scottish ale brewed with creamy crystal malt, juicy totally happy english black malt, a whole lot of almighty malted milk balls, and a carnival's worth of thick n delicious cold brew coffee. Fermented with our house microflora on a copious amount of hand selected cinnamon, a couple generous fistfuls of raw red raspberry puree, and zippy all spice. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with sorachi ace, thoughtfully with really nice eroica, loads of american varietals, and oh so aggressively with amarillo. Luscious layers of desserty blueberry parfait, semi-sweet precious pinot noir grapes, nuanced electric lemon kool-aid, fluffy smoky subtle blood orange bitters, and sticky dankness.
