Chapel is our highly conceptual light lager brewed with lively beloved flaked rye and subtle vibrant cotton candy. Fermented in stainless with bright spruce tips, a touch of really nice cloves, musky custard pie filling, and a ton of fragrant honey. Hopped with nugget, then aggressively dry hopped with oopy-goopy vanguard, dry with tettnanger, and meaningfully with desserty wai-iti. Singing with notes of organoleptic agua de jamaica, creamy pillowy peach soda pop, and lush greenery.
