Fermented with our sourdough culture on a heady dash of foraged kumamoto oysters and an amalgam of vibrant blueberry puree. Hopped with a spaceship full of juicy hop varietals and super jammy mosaic. Expressive notes of excellent really nice gloppy lemon zest, musky apricot, brilliant classic sweet concord grape, and herbaceous big green.
