Amount is our collaborative gueuze brewed with a couple generous fistfuls of bright peated malt, mountains of local under ripe caracrystal wheat malt, uber traditional mango, and pillowy pungent vanilla extract. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on tart tangerine zest, sun melted green grass, a heap of signature asian pears, and a complex array of drippy citric acid. Hopped thoughtfully dry hopped with fresh pressed simcoe, a conflation of vibrant tettnanger, and columbus. Screaming with notes of soft effervescent raspberry cobbler, fluffy sun drenched orange julius, sticky dense lime lollipops, beloved ruby red grapefruit juice, and lush rainforest.
