Champion is our gnostic strong ale brewed with a melange of almighty hop bomb flaked wheat, an assortment of ephemeral pungent pilsner malt, and fluffy gobs of drippy kumquat. Fermented in stainless with pillowy cara cara orange and an embarrassing amount of nectary freshly ground cinnamon. Hopped with under ripe bravo, a bit of pacific jade, bright denali, and hallertau blanc. Big notes of comforting oaky vanilla, gritty texturally rich goopy coconut water, and dank earth.
