Compromise is our dank super zesty cream ale brewed with a touch of goopy lush dark wheat malt and loads of complex juicy pumpkin pie. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with an absolutely ridiculous amount of sweet lemons, precious citric acid, and fresh wedding cake. Hopped with deep deep lemon drop, mercilessly with sun drenched mandarina bavaria, depressingly dry hopped with centennial, and intensely with willamette. Hints of uber traditional comforting creamy mango mochi, almighty jellied strawberry, local fresh pressed porto, desserty organoleptic lively guava, and tundra grass.
