Departmental Steady is our eternal pale ale brewed with pungent dark wheat malt, overripe fresh oats, texturally rich sticky plantain chips, and real local ceylon black tea. Fermented with a blend of our magickal microflora on a huge variety of lush pineapple sage and uber traditional madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped with a bit of greensburg, thoughtfully with sterling, signature summit, and american varietals. Beautiful notes of soft goopy nectary raspberry, freaky drippy really nice lime leaf, brilliant sun drenched earl grey tea, fresh pressed bright effervescent strawberry, and frozen cocktail with a tiny umbrella.
