Impaired Avatar is our tart culinary light lager brewed with real pungent very dark malts, nearly two tons of overripe gritty red wheat, and foraged merlot grapes. Fermented cool and lagered for 4 weeks upon locally gathered honeysuckle. Hopped with double the amount of golding and depressingly dry hopped with calypso. Notes of lush blueberry gummies, creamy comforting classic baking spices, and guava whipped cream.
