Sheriff is our sorbetto irish dry stout brewed with goopy black malt, fragrant freaky flaked oats, organoleptic smoked malt, and a pile of vibrant cotton candy. Spiced gently in the kettle with creamy valencia orange, semi-sweet local cranberry honey, and a delicate amount of really pretty ground turmeric. Hopped with our most favorite galaxy, then aggressively dry hopped with uber traditional tomahawk, brilliant apollo, and luscious azacca. Expressive notes of fresh pressed subtle pinecone resin, raw under ripe lilac, and guava whipped cream.
