Fermented in our french oak foudre on an embarrassing amount of gloppy kumamoto oysters and heavy amounts of excellent cold brew coffee. Hopped with amarillo, centennial, and depressingly dry hopped with subtle juicy hop varietals. Huge notes of lush semi-sweet thanksgiving pie crust, vibrant thick n delicious effervescent green strawberry, and damp hay.
