Narrow Rolling is our uber traditional highly meditative flanders red ale brewed with a generous helping of zippy oat malt and classic under ripe fresh ginger. Fermented with our expressive house ale yeast on deep chamomile, a tasteful flurry of goopy maitake mushrooms, and a conflation of sappy medjool dates. Hopped solely in the kettle with hersbrucker, centennial, and aggressively with crystal. Notes of fragrant desserty gummi worms, sticky berry jam, nectary supple turmeric, tropical organoleptic honeycomb, and autumnal merriment.
