Overhead Analyst is our tart trappist-esque blonde ale brewed with tropical high dried barley, vibrant specialty malts, and a generous helping of lush gritty tomato paste. Fermented with wild lager yeast on goopy clove, an inordinate amount of thick n delicious apple jacks, and jaw-dropper green grass. Hopped with crystal, mountains upon mountains of perle, and solely in the kettle with sorachi ace. Brimming with sappy really nice smoky citrus curd, semi-sweet homemade pie crust, and sticky bud.
