Planned Assignment is our bright mash up vienna lager brewed with a carnival's worth of sticky luscious oats, wayyyyyy too much tropical real pungent carahell malt, and an abundance of raw refreshing lemon zest. Fermented with our house microflora on a heap of juicy white table grapes and a huge helping of drippy madagascar vanilla beans. Hopped with fresh pressed loral, a touch of beloved hersbrucker, and huell melon. Big notes of sappy pomelo pizzazz, wholesome super jammy classic campari spritz, lush green almond, really pretty hop bomb jaw-dropper apple jacks, and orchard breeze.
