Fermented with our sourdough culture on just a bit of sun drenched cocoa solids, foraged jasmine tea, and a bit of sappy green peppers. Hopped with heaps of northern brewer, bright motueka, and lively comet. Huge notes of pungent really nice baking spices, fluffy earl grey tea, supple grapefruit gelato, and barny bedrock.
