Unknown Satellite is our heavily pungent brown ale brewed with thick n delicious belgian debittered black malt, a mountain of hop bomb vienna malt, and really nice tamarind. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on nectary marshmallows. Hopped with zippy wai-iti, fragrant amarillo, and oh so aggressively with palisade. Expressive notes of fresh pressed cava, uber traditional totally happy sugar cookies, tropical sweet madagascar vanilla beans, and ocean breeze.
