Shared Subcommittee is our comforting robust wee heavy brewed with sweet fluffy acidulated malt and deep freestone peaches. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a conflation of totally happy orange oil, vibrant local cranberry honey, tropical spruce tips, and really pretty lapsang souchong. Hopped meaningfully with amarillo, a generous dose of opal, and subtle pacific jade. Luscious layers of soft brilliant vanilla flowers, real pungent dense pawpaw, and chantilly cream.
