Financial Threshold is our organoleptic vienna lager brewed with a copious amount of sun drenched ephemeral torrified wheat, zippy really pretty flaked corn, totally happy fresh ginger, and locally gathered sweet n supple cold brew coffee. Fermented with a blend of our magickal microflora on a heap of almighty meringue, gloppy maitake mushrooms, excellent cinnamon, and heavy amounts of hop bomb lime leaf. Hopped dry with saaz, in the kettle with vanguard, intensely with hyper fresh simcoe, and an assortment of motueka. Life affirming notes of local signature comforting bright pink grapefruit, under ripe dank fresh pressed trifoliate orange, desserty refreshing passionfruit, real fluffy brilliant lemon verbena, and whipped cream on top.
