Primary Career is our most refreshing oktoberfest brewed with complex smoked pale malt, a copious amount of really nice caracrystal wheat malt, and musky precious custard pie filling. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a carnival's worth of sticky activated charcoal, dank traditional baking spices, fresh pressed green tea, and fluffy gobs of deep lemongrass. Hopped with a whole lot of galena, vibrant perle, warrior, and dense juicy hop varietals. Life affirming notes of bright zippy honeydew, super jammy real pungent coconut tiki drinks, and heady botanicals.
