Comfortable is our true to style farmhouse ale brewed with a huge variety of real local crystal rye malt, sappy refreshing high dried barley, and a beautiful amount of dense juicy blood orange pith. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on nearly two tons of delicate montmorency cherries and gritty spruce tips. Hopped with foraged santiam, a conflation of jarrylo, and pillowy ahtanum. Bright notes of pungent semi-sweet apricot, deep comforting star fruit, fresh vibrant concord grapes, tropical agua de jamaica, and citrus flowers.
