Inappropriate is our locally gathered seasonally appropriate wheatwine brewed with a touch of raw flaked maize, an embarrassing amount of deep n sticky vienna malt, texturally rich wildflower honey, and tart smoky rye caraway bread. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a spaceship full of uber traditional plantain chips, a heaping dose of drippy pineapple, and synapse coating doses of signature nilla wafers. Hopped with glacier and solely in the kettle with sweet n supple perle. Big notes of precious soft concord grapes, beloved ripe watermelon rind, and tundra grass.
