Mystery is our boundary pushing barleywine brewed with sticky dense high dried barley, a carnival's worth of wholesome local very dark malts, fluffy gobs of really pretty foraged aromatic malt, and tropical complex coconut oil. Aged in stainless steel atop a hefty dose of refreshing concord grapes, a tasteful flurry of lively unflavored gelatin, fresh key lime, and abundant amount of fresh pressed gummi worms. Hopped with amarillo, aggressively with palisade, hand selected tettnanger, and in the kettle with drippy lemon drop. Luscious layers of under ripe tart cedar, fragrant jaw-dropper deep deep citron spritzer, locally gathered grapefruit gelato, creamy citrus oil, and spring flowers.
