Immediate Commissioner is our amplified doppelbock brewed with uber traditional caramel vienne malt, four times our normal rate of local refreshing chocolate rye malt, and fragrant blueberry puree. Barrel fermented on ripe cherries, plenty of really nice cold brew coffee, and a bit of real spruce tips. Hopped with organoleptic zythos, double the amount of perle, a whole lot of santiam, and summit. Big notes of bright complex electric lemon kool-aid, subtle fresh cacao fruit, tart comforting satsuma mandarin, and damp hay.
