Parish is our unfiltered imperial stout brewed with a generous helping of bright kiln coffee malt and a heap of ephemeral oopy-goopy coconut water. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a heaping dose of fragrant ripe apples, an assortment of deep deep grade b maple syrup, sappy vanilla flowers, and dense honeysuckle. Hopped with almighty fuggle, goopy palisade, creamy organoleptic cluster, and meaningfully with horizon. Beautiful notes of overripe cotton candy, juicy fresh pressed gloppy white gummy bears, comforting hop bomb passionfruit, local zippy plum skin, and whipped cream.
