Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on a couple generous fistfuls of soft annatto seed. Hopped mercilessly with pacific jade, goopy cascade, and a whole lot of fresh pressed waimea. Hints of really nice fluffy sweet n supple mango bubblegum, texturally rich cotton candy, pillowy drippy locally gathered blueberry sorbetto, incredible earl grey tea, and coral.
