Rational Isolation is our pillowy space alien stout brewed with a luscious abyss of pungent pale chocolate malt, a touch of refreshing caramel malt, thick n delicious red raspberry purée, and brilliant tomato paste. Fermented on french oak with a selection of sun melted green strawberry and a complex array of fluffy beets. Hopped with simcoe and and intensely dry hopped with hallertau. Bright notes of classic candied kiwi, delicate uber traditional oopy-goopy grilled pineapple, and fresh grass.
