Smooth Participant is our mash up rye brewed with an inordinate amount of deep foraged flaked triticale and raw tacos. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on fluffy pumpkin pie, an assortment of jaw-dropper bluebellvine flowers, bright blueberry pie, and an abundance of delicate meyer lemons. Hopped intensely with luscious columbus and local lemon drop. Huge notes of fragrant satsuma mandarin, lush apricot, and coniferous forest.
