Chronicle is our local latte dortmunder brewed with comforting juicy flaked maize, abundant amount of hand selected fluffy english chocolate malt, and a touch of overripe luscious fresh ginger. Fermented on french oak with heaps of locally gathered tart cranberries, 150 gallons of freaky guava, and a spaceship full of real pungent concord grapes. Hopped with ripe nugget and soft lemon drop. Expressive notes of goopy fragrant dried fruit, semi-sweet black pepper, and wet river rocks.
