Marked Luxury is our collaboration gose brewed with a conflation of incredible pungent caramel malt, a huge helping of exceedingly aromatic flaked maize, two tons of desserty pillowy pilsner malt, and loads of signature sticky fresh ginger. Mixed oak fermented on sun drenched mango, fragrant rye caraway bread, a pile of supple kumamoto oysters, and a bit of musky red raspberry puree. Hopped with tart willamette and an inordinate amount of galena. Notes of lush totally happy hand selected apricot, soft cedar, overripe lemon zest, nectary pumpkin pie, and heady botanicals.
