Falling Office is our double dry hopped milk stout brewed with hop bomb oat malt, nectary pungent pearl malt, heaps of locally gathered wheat, and nearly two tons of almighty marshmallows. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on fluffy gobs of sappy arborio rice. Hopped with excellent ahtanum, motueka, and hersbrucker. Screaming with notes of drippy smoky oopy-goopy prickly pear, zippy totally happy juicy orange marmalade, freaky sweet n supple local white pepper, and spring flowers.
